Every account starts with 10 free renders, no card required. They are granted once, for life — not each month — and they stay in your balance until you use them, subscribed or not.
Everything Morphsize does fits on one screen: drop a creative, pick the sizes it needs, render, download. This page covers the details around that — what it costs, how credits behave, and what to do when something looks stuck.
Drop a finished ad onto the upload area on New creative, or click it to pick a file. PNG, JPG, WebP or HEIC, up to 32 MB. Use the largest, sharpest version you have — every size is cut from a render of it, so a small or blurry source stays small and blurry.
Tick sizes by platform (Meta, Google Display, IAB) or by dimension, or type a custom width × height. Toggling a size selects every placement that uses it. Save a selection as a preset if you run the same set every campaign.
The readout beside the sizes shows the credits this batch will use before anything is charged. You pay per render, not per size: sizes whose shapes are within 5% of each other come off the same render. Press Render, and Morphsize takes you to the creative while it works.
Each size appears on the creative page as it finishes; the progress dock in the corner follows every batch you have running. Download one size, one shape, or Download all for a zip with the latest file per size. Not happy with one? Touch up fixes it in place, and Render again makes a fresh version.

One credit is one render. There are three kinds, and the only difference between them is how long they last.

A plan grants its renders every month. What you do not use rolls over at most one month while you're subscribed, capped at 2× your plan's monthly allowance; anything above the cap is cleared at your renewal. If you cancel, the rolled-over renders end with your final billing period.
A top-up pack ($69 · 100 renders) is yours for good. It does not count toward the rollover cap, survives a cancellation, and is spent only after your expiring monthly renders — so nothing you paid for is wasted.
Your Plan & billing page shows the balance split the same way: how many renders expire on your renewal date, and how many never expire. Plans and the top-up pack are on the pricing page.
