You can delete an individual output, a whole batch's outputs, or your entire account. Objects stop being served immediately and leave our storage provider within 24 hours under its lifecycle rules. Account deletion completes within 30 days.
What survives an account deletion is the credit ledger: rows that record what was charged and refunded, which accounting and payment-dispute rules require us to keep. They contain no images.
Your creative is sent to OpenAI to be processed. It is not used to train OpenAI's models — that is opt-in, we have not opted in, and we will not.
OpenAI retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, and we cannot purge that copy. This is true even when you ask us to erase your data: we can delete everything we hold, and we cannot reach theirs. We would rather say so than imply an erasure we cannot perform. Zero-retention processing exists but is not available self-serve; if you need it contractually, contact us and we will pursue it for your account.
Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 under an EU jurisdictional restriction, so objects remain in the European Union at rest.
Inference happens in the United States. Sending your creative to OpenAI means sending it to the United States, and no configuration on our side changes that.
Uploads pass an automated content classifier before anything is rendered. Every model call carries a hashed account identifier so abuse can be traced to an account without us disclosing who you are.
